Healthy Vegan Pesto 

You will need:

  • 5 cups of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 5 tbsp nutritional yeast 
  • 4 tsp salt 
  • 1 big garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  •  A cute jar

How to do it:

  • Rinse the basil 
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender
  • Taste to make sure it’s salty enough 
  • Pour it into a cute jar
  • Done!

This is ridiculously easy but sooo good. Enjoy!
