I don’t think breakfast has to be the usual yoghurt and Sandwich. Why should you be able to have endless choices for lunch and dinner and not for breakfast? That doesn’t make any sense.
That’s why I made a salad, sort of, for breakfast. Super easy, healthy and yummy.
To do this salad you simply chop ithe all up, pour it on a plate and then sprinkle over salt, pepper and nooch. I don’t want salty mangoes, so I put on salt and pepper on the tomatoes and avocado and and then put mangoes on top and sprinkled over some nutritional yeast. But you do you, boo.
