Granola!

As promised, here are 3 granola recipes – all vegan, of course. 
The first one is the granola I used in my breakfast yesterday. It is so delicious that I cold eat it like candy.

You will need:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup nuts of your choosing. I used salted and roasted cashews and macadamia nuts.
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup 
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 raisins 
  • 2 generous tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp salt (if your nuts aren’t salted)
  • 1/4 cup cacao nIBS

You all know how to make it. Just mix it all together, pour it on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the oats are golden and crispy. Then let it cool before storing it in an airtight jar of some sort.

Granola nr 2 is one of my personal favorites, awesome for December hehe.

You will need:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 agave syrup 
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 cup dried and chopped apricots 
  • 1/4 cup pecans 

Same routine here, granola is not difficult to make.

And lastly, granola nr 3. I actually have pictures for this one! 

For this you will need:

  • 2 cups oats 
  • 1 cup sun flowers seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup dried and chopped apricots or fruit of your choosing
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
