Good day fellow humans of the earth! I hope you’re having a marvelous day, with lots of yummy vegan food. And speaking or vegan food, here is what I ate in a day:
Breakfast: Vegan natural soygjurt with fresh fruit and gluten free granola
Lunch: Leftover salad from yesterday together with some oven baked vegetables
Dinner: Red curry casserole with rice, topped with some vegan creme fraise.
