Healthy Snacks

Sometimes, bread isn’t cutting it for me (hehe, cutting it. Because it’s bread…? No?) and I just crave something light and fresh. Thats when this kind of food comes in handy.

All you need is:

  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 4 tbsp Spicy Quinoa Spread (recipe here)
  • Some fresh fennel

How to do it:

  1.  Cut the cucumber in half
  2. Chop the fennel
  3. Add 2 tbsp quinoa spread to each half
  4. Sprinkle the fennel on top
  5. Enjoy

That’s it! Ridiculously easy and very, very yummy.
