Spicy Quinoa Spread

I love having this on my sandwich! It is rich in protein, iron and vitamin C as well as full of flavor and 100 % vegan.

What you need:

  • 1 cup // 2.5 dl (boiled) red quinoa
  • 1 tbsp vegan creme fraise
  • 1, 5 tbsp spicy paprika puré
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste

How to do it, Step By Step with pictures:

  5. Spread it on a sandwich and top with 1/4 of an avocado and some salt and black pepper20160627_101536
