I love having this on my sandwich! It is rich in protein, iron and vitamin C as well as full of flavor and 100 % vegan.
What you need:
- 1 cup // 2.5 dl (boiled) red quinoa
- 1 tbsp vegan creme fraise
- 1, 5 tbsp spicy paprika puré
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
How to do it, Step By Step with pictures:
- Take a bowl
- Add the quinoa
- Add the creme fraise, paprika puré and tomato paste
- Spread it on a sandwich and top with 1/4 of an avocado and some salt and black pepper
