Rice Noodle Wok

Rice Rice Baby

Serves 3

What you need:

  • Half a yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 5 big mushrooms
  • The thick green part of 1 leek
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesam seeds
  • 2 tsps chopped chili
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • Water
  • 125 g rice noodles
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How to do it:

  1. Soak the rice noodles in water for 10 – 15 minutes, or until soft.

  3. Steam said vegetables in a pan together with salt and black pepper. I used about 2 tsp salt, but you do you boo.2016-06-19 15.46.26
  4. When the vegetables are all cooked, add the rest of the ingredients (besides the noodles).2016-06-19 15.59.26
  5. Cook the noodles for about 1 minute.
  6. Combine the noodles and the vegetables and you are ready to serve!2016-06-19 16.08.10
