This is basically a smoothie, but with a very thick and creamy consistency. It is free from refined sugar, 100% vegan and contains both protein, carbs and healthy fats.
The recipe is enough for 2 big servings or 4 small
You will need:
2 ripe bananas
1 medium sized, ripe, avocado
1 1/3 cups // 3 dl unsweetened soya yoghurt
1 -2 drops of liquid stevia
1 1/2 cups // 4 dl frozen raspberries
1/3 tsp vanilla powder
Some frozen raspberries for decoration
How to make it:
(This is ridiculously easy)
- Add all ingredients in a blender – make sure the yoghurt is in the bottom
- Blend until smooth and well combined
- Pour it into a big bowl (like in the picture) or your preferred number of smaller glasses or bowls.
- Top your Morning Mousse with some frozen raspberries and you’re done!
